Monica is an experienced Educator and Leader with an M.Ed., an earned Certified Master Neurolinguistic Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Teams & Group Coach, Executive Coach, and Organizational Development Consultant based in the Washington DC Metro Area. With deep expertise in leadership development and organizational transformation, Monica brings a unique blend of psychological insight, educational foundation, and practical coaching experience. She is passionate about helping leaders and organizations reach their full potential through intentional development and transformational coaching. When not coaching, Monica enjoys travel, really good books and recipes, laughing with family and friends, and creating beautiful things. She is a proud mom of 2 adults and MiMi of 2 brilliant girls.
With over 15 years of experience in education, organizational development, and executive coaching, Mo has worked with leaders and organizations across tech, healthcare, non-profit, and professional services sectors. Her career began in education, where she developed a deep understanding of human development, learning systems, and organizational culture.
